Andrew Jayne

Andrew Jayne is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on insurance and commercial defense. In the insurance defense arena, Andrew handles both first and thirty party matters, as well as complex coverage litigation. He has had the opportunity to represent and counsel numerous of the country’s largest insurance carriers on first party insurance issues. Andrew is also a licensed Oklahoma insurance adjuster.

Throughout his career, Andrew has also had extensive experience in the areas of employment litigation, professional negligence, and commercial litigation.

Andrew is a graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel’s Trial Academy at Stanford Law School, and he has a peer review rating of AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.

Prior to becoming a named partner at Baum Glass & Jayne, PLLC, Andrew was a partner at another Tulsa based litigation firm.
